Everything about these stemless wine glasses is perfectI originally received a set as a gift & bought more recently to replace those that have broken over the years. I particularly appreciate the thin lip.Wonderful but be very careful washing themGave these to my sister for Christmas. She had been looking at them but balked at the price. Since it was a present I didn't really care.We have other Riedel wine glasses and love them. They are a bit delicate so I'm not sure about the durability yet, there glass, glass breaks. One of the reasons I bought them was one of the first stemless I got her got broken, these are a replacement, she had it for about 15 years. These are really cool. There is color in the bottom so you can tell which glass is yours, but the color is also in the rest of the glass. You can't see that from the pictures in the listing. If the light hits them just right the whole class take on the color in the bottom...they are very pretty.Another fine product from Riedel. Worth every penny. These glasses are fine for wine, but don't put ice in them alone. One of our shattered in seconds when we put ice in it.I bought a set of these for my nephew for Christmas. Expensive, but that is what he wanted. I ended up buying a set for myself. They are a tad large for persons with small hands, and can be slippery (and droppable) if your hands are not completely dry (careful eating peanuts, salty crackers&cheese, etc.) and they do not suffer hard surface drops readily. The glasses are very thin, which allows your hands to warm cold/cool red wine. Don't give up on 'stemware' for your vintage delight. These are excellent stemless wine glasses. The size suggests best for white wines -- but I find that they work well with a Pinot Noir also. We use them everyday...and they are easy to hold, easy to clean (dishwasher), and reasonably priced.I would like to contact the seller about the broken glass and get it replaced, but there is no mechanism for that so I am leaving a one star review instead. If the broken glass is replaced, I am happy to leave something more positive. The glasses themselves are beautiful.Really enjoying using these. When you hold the tumbler, it is the same feel as holding a high quality wine glass. But I guess they look more modern. I bought them because I am a bit clumsy and hoped I would break less glasses. None broken so far.Lovely fine glass stemless wineglasses. Good price and safe sustainable packaging.Wine tumblers were lovely; very light fine glass and wash perfectly in the dishwasher. There were 2 sizes which I didn’t realise when ordering - not that it matters. Used a lot over Christmas, no problems at all.Great glasses for wine drinking. They are very colourless and clear. The glass is quite thin which feels comfortable to drink out of. On the minus side, the thin glass is easy to break, so eight at a time is a good way to buy them.
