Cups with lids are the only way to prevent our kitties from lapping up our beverages, so these pull double-duty. The color was consistent with the photos, and the tumblers are fantastic quality. They perfectly matched a taller set we purchased months ago, so that was a happy accident. We wash them by hand, so I don't know how dishwasher safe they actually are, but I would certainly buy them again for us or as a gift. No complaints at all and they are used daily.Update: While the cups work well, the lids are unrealistically fragile and break while simply air drying. (We ONLY wash them by hand.) As I mentioned above, the lids are a critical component for us, so if they all break, we'll have to toss the cups as well. Maybe the company could send me some new lids that are sturdy enough for basic human use?I actually bought 2 sets of 4. I use them when we have guest over. When you serve anything cold with ice in it you don't have to worry about the glass sweating and getting your table wet. No more coasters! Love them and they are dish washer safe!Love it!I bought these stemless tumblers after seeing a friend use a similar one. These cups are exceptional! Excellent quality, keeps drinks hot or cold, can be used with or without a straw, and are dishwasher safe (top rack for the lids). Great for summer events to keep beverages cold without diluting with (melting) ice. They also keep hot drinks hot, but for less time. Lids are pretty secure, so they won't pop off easily. When knocked over (hard to do, actually), spills are minimal. If someone drops one, it's not a tragedy. This is the perfect entertaining solution! They arrived nicely boxed, and are a terrific housewarming or holiday gift idea. I'll be buying more!Work great with hot or cold. Very nice.I love the size of this cup which is why I wanted it. I didn't want it for wine but for cold water. The problem is that it doesn't stay cold nearly as long as it says. Even after the ice melts it just loses the cold too soon. I guess if you're just using it for wine it would be perfect because that's not staying in the cup too long, right. I would reccomend it for wine but not for other users. I didn't try it with a hot drink but I suspect that the results would be about the same with it not staying hot to long. I would not purchase this again.These are my new go to pool and beach glasses! I even use them for coffee in the morning (I have to remove the cup holder divider to fit). In my opinion they work as well as yeti (I tested with ice cubes) and they were way more affordable— I actually like the cap better too
